No permission is given by Jo Hooper in respect of the reproduction of any of her artwork.  If you wish to use an image of any artwork, please contact the artist directly.

Social Media

I reserve the right to share images of my work in progress and completed commissions, on my Social Media sites and printed marketing material.  If you do not want your portrait to be shared, please notify me at the start of the commission process.

Payment

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking in the diary.  I will then issue an invoice for the balance once you have approved the finished work, payment of which is due within 7 days of completion.  Work will not commence until the deposit is paid, likewise the finished artwork will not be released until the balance is paid.  Payment can be made via online Bank transfer or PayPal.

Cancellations & Changes

All cancellations & changes must be confirmed in writing.

The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable.

Clients can request changes during the process, in response to update photographs. 

Clients have 10 days to review the completed portrait and contact me to discuss any requested alterations.   

If the client is still not fully satisfied with the portrait after any possible suggested changes have been made, a refund can be issued once the portrait has been returned.  The amount of this refund will be minus the initial deposit and 20% of the balance, plus any framing costs incurred.
