Social Media

I reserve the right to share images of my work in progress and completed commissions, on my Social Media sites and printed marketing material.  If you do not want your portrait to be shared, please notify me at the start of the commission process.

 

Payment

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking in the diary.  I will then issue an invoice for the balance once you have approved the finished work, payment of which is due within 7 days of completion.  Work will not commence until the deposit is paid, likewise the finished artwork will not be released until the balance is paid. Payment can be made via online Bank transfer or PayPal.

Cancellations & Changes

All cancellations & changes must be confirmed in writing. 

The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable. 

The Client can request changes during the creation process, in response to update photographs sent by the Artist via email.  

Once the portrait is completed, paid for and delivered, the Client has 7 days to review the completed portrait and contact the Artist to discuss any requested alterations.  The Artist will carry out these suggested changes only if they are possible at this stage.  The Client is responsible for transport of the portrait to and from the Artist’s studio if changes are requested after delivery.   

If the Client is still not fully satisfied with the portrait after any possible suggested changes have been made, a refund can be issued once the portrait has been returned.  The amount of this refund will be minus the initial deposit and 20% of the balance, plus any framing costs incurred.
